There is a renovated  guest bathroom with a shower stall off from front entrance way and the dining room. Next to the kitchen is a "winter garden" conservatory featuring handcrafted furniture including a long granite table with 16 chairs and an area for a large flat screen TV.

The luxurious living room includes a fireplace and is the area where the carriages were parked in the first place at this historic home, which is reflected in the ceiling.  There is a secluded master bedroom with a sauna and an over-sized spa tub along with two walk-in closets. This home also includes an intimate media room to enjoy TV or movies; a complete workout room with several pieces of equipment, and a  spiral staircase to a paneled library and home office.  There are twol attic-type bedrooms upstairs which are part of the original caretaker's home. This private area was expanded in 2000  for their two daughters with a walk-in closet, bathroom and livingroom/study area which leads to a rectangular pool and outside bathhouse where guests can shower and change for the pool, with a renovated stone structure dating from the time of the original home with modern conveniances.
